Because of ethical reasons, the company does not serve:
- Parliament’s members, ministers, employees of the presidential administrations of Ukraine and Russia, as well as the Russian military generals and any spies.
Special discounts are available for:

Heck-in time is from 1 p.m. to 12 p.m.
We will propose you to fill in the registration form and make a copy of your passport.
The payment for early check-in (from 06:00 to 13:00) is 50% of room rate in case the apartment is free.

Checkout
Unified checkout time - 12 hours.
In a case of staying less than 24 hours, the fee is charged per day, regardless of the checkout time.
Check-out after 12 a.m. is an additional service and could be provided in case if apartment is free. It costs 50% of room rate until 8 p.m. Check-out after 8 p.m. should be paid for the full room rate.

Cancellation
In case of delay more than 24 hours, the reservation has to be cancelled.
Рayment
Payment for accommodation is 100% pre-paid, according to the approved room rate. In case of delay / early departure, the amount of pre-paid services is not refundable.
